THE TRADITION BLEEDS ON

On the Eve of Thanksgiving, New Breed Fighters once again brings their special brand of Rock and Roll to the legendary House of Blues Music Hall. Atlantic City's Showboat Casino will host the 19th and most spectacular event yet.

Twenty-four highly competitive bouts will be fought highlighted by 3 “can't miss” Title Fights.

Tim Boetsch, leader of Triple Threat Fight Team, will bring his Lumber-Jack, Shane Darby, 4-3, to our House in an attempt to snatch the Title from NBF Cruiserweight Champion, Tom van der Horst, 6-1, BEDROC MMA. We have no doubt Tom will be prepared to execute a strategy devised by his talented instructor, John Farrar.

Super Welterweight Champ, "Wrestling" Joel Roberts, 4-1, Simrell MMA/Rat Pack Fight Team, will be making his first Title defense against Ryan Vaccaro, 2-1, Oliveira BJJ. "V" has continued to improve at a phenomenal rate, leading us to believe this will be one for the ages.

Finally, Steven Katz, legendary owner and instructor of “THE” Rhino Fight Team / N.Y. will debut his team in style. One of his many skilled students, Jared "Flash" Gordon, 3-0, will be fighting NBF veteran Robbie "Flawless" Lawless, 3-0, Militich Fighting Systems, for our coveted Welterweight Title. What will the esteemed Cordo Urso have up his sleeve for the newcomer.

The only way to find out is by starting out your holiday with some high intensity entertainment. Come witness 48 of the regions finest, and HUNGRIEST young warriors, representing 31 different fighting styles and teams, feast on BLOOD and GUTS.

Join us as we give thanks for those willing to WAGE WAR in a CAGE.

THE TRADITION BLEEDS ON.......

A Letter from a New Breed Mom

My greatest thanks and appreciation go out to a very professional 'amateur' fight organization which offers all the perks of the mma world and then some! I, as a parent, remember when my son first wanted to take on this endeavor of going from jiu-jitsu into the world of mma and how much of a change since our first fight prior to the new and vastly improved ownership! WOW isn't enough to say. I was hesitant for his safety and unknowing of the precautions that would be in line for him already. This organization has done all that is possible to propel his desire to continue on and even to 'dream big' for his future in this field. He has gone on to take a gold in the pan ams largely to do with feeling positive about his experience and hopes to continue on with mma.

Locally and nationally there isn't a 'bigger show' than 'new breed fighters'! Nothing compares to it with its professional website, products, safety, venue, and ownership aka Scott and family! That is how I feel...like family. There intentions have been met by our standards in providing all that this can be!!!!

A very thankful mom Lori Philippi

Halloween with New Breed Fighters was all it was cracked up to be and more

Our dark and dungeonous cavern was home to some of the most dramatic fights this first class organization has ever produced. The many ravenous fans can attest to the ferocity of the 19 highly competitive fights.

Our show began when veteran Master of Ceremonies, Martin Breslin, wowed the crowd with his eerie presence and thunderous rumbling, bringing back visions of the "THUNDERDOME".

Similarities of the Dome continued when the fighters started exorcizing their Demons..

Troubles were a brewing as Matt Teyssier, 1-1, AFS, Team Asylum, choked out Jason Kiamos, 0-1, Team Balance.

The following four fights were wars that all went to the judges. There was definitely something Devilish in the air.

Sevak Grigoryan, 2-1, Iron Horse MMA, won a very close decision over an extremely tough newcomer, Brian Kimble, 0-1, Simrell MMA, Rat Pack Fight Team. Was that team owner Nick Massington we saw making his presence known in Bryan's corner. The Gobblins were out this crazy evening.

Vince Di Medio, 1-0, Extreme Performance MMA, showed the typical heart of a Virgil Hill fighter in his well earned victory.

Bob Hansen, 1-0, Team GrindHouse, grounded out a victory against a game Steve Alecia, 0-1, Fight Factory.

What was in Frankie Perez's, 1-1, Oliviera BJJ, water as he exploded on Ryan Smith, 0-1, Infamous MMA.

Sam Orapreza, 1-0, Fight Factory, made Bill Shuker happy with a dynamic victory by Dr stoppage over John Barrascano, 0-1, AFS Team Asylum.

Elvin Rodriguez, 4-1, Extreme Performance MMA, has put himself in line for a Title shot by defeating a vastly improved Tomo Popovich, 1-2, AFS, Team Asylum. Tomo will be coming right back in November with a test of his own against Emerson Souza's trained "Mastiff".
We then had 2 back to back knockouts.

Ryan Lutz, 2-0, Snake Pit MMA/The garage has 2 wins, both by knockout. This one was over a very well schooled, and at the time, UN-defeated Chris Garafalo, 2-1, United Martial Arts.

The KO of the night went to Robbie "Flawless" Lawless, 3-0, Millitich Fighting Systems as he delivered the most devastating blow yet to be seen in our cage. Jeremy Hummell, 0-1, KTM, must have seen the many ghosts emanating and illuminating the night's sky.

The Lumber jack, 4-3, Triple Threat, continued his winning ways with a victory by kimora over Nick Tsouklas, 0-2, Real Martial Arts and Fitness Center.

Ryan Buritis, 3-0, Team Reckless, continued to march toward a title shot as he defeated Paul Minore, 0-1, United Martial Arts.

Were happy to announce Kyle Rigby, 1-2, AFS Team Asylum, got in the win column with a dominating defeat of John Santos, 0-1, KTM

Fight of the night goes to our newest Champion. Harley Beekman, 5-1, Extreme MMA. Harley showed the grace, skill, and power, displayed by a truly gifted fighter as he defeated our light heavyweight champion Chris Wing, 4-2, Wing's MMA. There is little time to mourn for the talented Mr. Wing as he will be defending his title against Elvin Rodriguez.  Harley, on the other hand, just may be seen going after our Cruiserweight belt someday.

Many thanks go out to all the participating fighters and teams. There are too many to mention them all. Special thanks must go out to Jeff Reese and Sulaiman "The Bomb" Ismael, for their patience and understanding.

We would also like to thank our special guests. Peter Clemente of the famed “No Holds Barred” radio show and Joey Fatone of the Grammy-nominated musical group “N Sync”, ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars”, and NBC’s “The Singing Bee”.  Both graced our stage while watching some of the most exciting MMA action they have ever witnessed.

Peter's scary mask put quite the scare into our many young fans. Our ring card girls were equally impressed with Joey's Halloween costume. It looked a lot like Chris Aquino to me.

Peter can be heard on Sirius channel 122 from 8 - 10 pm every Sunday evening.

Again, we want to thank the fighters, teams, sponsors and fans. You continue to make New Breed Fighters the most exciting live MMA experience you can find.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN TO EVERYONE!

Don't forget to get your tickets for our exciting Thanksgiving show. If you think this card was stacked.

Just wait until November 26.
